• Project/Service Information: requirements, descriptions, attachments, and details shared between Clients and Professionals

• Billing & Invoice Details: billing name, address, GST number
• KYC/Verification Data: ID information, bank details, related documents

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version
• Log data: pages visited, time/date of visits, referring URLs, clickstream data
• Device identifiers and general location based on IP (city/country level)
• Usage data: features used, searches performed, interactions with other users

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal), analytics providers (Google Analytics), social login providers, and KYC/verification services.

2.1 Provide & Operate the Platform

Create/manage accounts, enable Clients and Professionals to find, communicate, and collaborate, manage projects, milestones, and Safe Hold payments.

2.2 Process Payments

Facilitate payments from Clients to Safe Hold, coordinate refunds, chargebacks, and withdrawals via Razorpay and PayPal.

2.3 Communicate

Send service-related messages (account notices, security alerts, project updates, payment confirmations, policy changes) and respond to support requests.

2.4 Improve & Protect

Monitor and analyse usage to improve features, detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions.

2.5 Legal & Compliance

Maintain business, accounting, and tax records. Comply with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

2.6 Marketing (Optional)

With your consent, we may send updates about new features or offers. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link.

3.1 With Other Users

Clients can view Professional profile information. Professionals can view Client project requirements. Messages and project details are visible to parties involved.

3.2 With Service Providers

Hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, KYC services, and payment gateways process your data securely and only for specified purposes.

3.3 With Payment Gateways

Data such as name, email, mobile number, amount, and currency are shared with Razorpay or PayPal, governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

3.4 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud.

3.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Some of our service providers may be located outside India. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Your card, UPI, wallet, or bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or sensitive bank details on our servers.

We receive limited data: transaction ID, payment status, amount, and related metadata. Your payment-related information is governed by Razorpay's and PayPal's respective terms and privacy policies.

We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, we may delete or anonymise it.
