Visit the registration page, fill in your details including name, email, phone number, and choose whether you want to buy or sell services. After email verification, complete your profile to get started.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required for sellers and for withdrawals above ₹10,000. Upload your Aadhaar, PAN card, and a selfie. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours.

Browse services, select a package, and click "Order Now". You'll need to add funds to your wallet first. Once payment is confirmed, submit your requirements and the freelancer will begin work.

Go to your dashboard, click "Create Service", fill in the title, description, category, and create at least one package with pricing. Add gallery images and FAQs, then submit for review.

Add a bank account or UPI in Payment Methods. Go to Withdraw, enter the amount (minimum ₹100). Payouts are reviewed within 24 hours and transferred via IMPS/NEFT. TDS of 1% applies on amounts above ₹75,000.

When you place an order, payment is held in escrow (a secure holding account). The seller only receives payment after you accept the delivery. If there's a dispute, the funds remain protected until resolution.

ProSansaar charges a 10% platform fee on each completed order. This fee is deducted from the seller's earnings. Buyers pay the listed price with no additional charges.

Go to the order page and click "Request Cancellation". If the seller hasn't started work, cancellation is automatic with a full refund. If work has begun, the seller must agree to the cancellation.

On the order page, click "Open Dispute". Describe the issue and upload any evidence. Our team reviews disputes within 48 hours. Both parties can submit responses before a resolution is made.

Go to Account Settings > Security. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or any TOTP app. Enter the verification code to activate. Keep your backup codes safe.
